The Warmer Months with Cosma: Mixed Protein (premium)


Our feasting menus are designed to share. Eat them individually or pair them with other feasting menus. They are lush and are the best way to celebrate any occasion.

Feeds 8-10, additional person is $85.

  • 1 x 6 cutlet Rib Eye dry aged from Gippsland. Frenched (roughly 3.5kg raw weight) in a mixed pepper rub with jus on the side. Requires finishing in the oven.
  • Roast Salmon with a tandoori rub, amba tehini sauce, loaded herbs + pomegranate
  • Roast potatoes with oregano, preserved lemon + thyme
  • Stuffed Jap pumpkin with Persian rice (pomegranate, slivered almonds, wild rice, herbs + braised fennel)
  • Wild tomato salad with burrata, raspberry vinaigrette + micro herbs
  • Crunchy green salad, cucumber, avocado and green goddess
