·        Japanese mustard – miso roasted eye fillet, 2.2 – 2.4kg (cooked weight) GF, DF

·        Horseradish + garlic roasted potatoes x1 tray GF, DF

·        Summer citrus + pomegranate salad with verjuice dressing, large GF, DF

·        Quinoa tabbouleh with loaded herbs, finger lime, celery, capers + sumac onions, large  GF, DF

·        Maple + almond hasselback pumpkins GF DF
