Scheduled (48-hours notice)
Cosma catering requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for delivery. However, when we are fully booked and at capacity, we close our orders and block out delivery days. This can happen weeks in advance, so we recommend that you place your order with as much notice as possible. At Cosma, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. Therefore, if you wish to place an order on a day that is blocked out, please send an email to email@example.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our delivery schedule is during business hours, from 9 am to 3 pm. Once you've placed your order, it will be scheduled for delivery within that time frame, and we cannot take requests for specific delivery windows. However, we understand that some orders may be time-sensitive, and in such cases, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to assist you, though we cannot promise that we can help. To help you plan for your delivery, the driver will send you a text message when they are within half an hour of arriving at your location. At Cosma, we prioritise contactless delivery to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.
Deliveries are between 8am – 12pm unless specified otherwise.
