My journey started far from the kitchen, studying psychology and working aboard luxury yachts, until a twist of fate landed me in the galley, where I fell in love with cooking. Growing up, I watched my dad turn simple meals into celebrations, and those Friday night feasts around our family table taught me the magic of food, connection, and joy.

From the Mediterranean to Melbourne, I trained in world-class kitchens and discovered that food isn't just about flavour, it's about storytelling, memory, and emotion.

In 2015, after years of cooking for friends and family, Cosma was born at my kitchen table.
