•        2kg Seared snapper with tomato – peanut + coriander salsa GF, DF 

•        Wild roquette salad with grilled peached, parsley, mint + sumac onions GF, DF

•        Heirloom tomato salad with pulled mozzarella, hibiscus – chili – salt GF

•        Roasted duck fat potatoes with tarragon + hollandaise aioli  x1 tray GF

•        Green beans with orange, pistachio + cranberry butter GF

•        Miso tehini cauliflower with furikake  GF

Dessert 

        •     Whisky, maple trifle with profiterole + toffee nests
