        2kg Seared snapper with tomato – peanut + coriander salsa GF, DF 

        Wild roquette salad with grilled peached, parsley, mint + sumac onions GF, DF

        Heirloom tomato salad with pulled mozzarella, hibiscus – chili – salt GF

        Roasted duck fat potatoes with tarragon + hollandaise aioli  x1 tray GF

        Green beans with orange, pistachio + cranberry butter GF

        Miso tehini cauliflower with furikake  GF

            Whisky, maple trifle with profiterole + toffee nests
