The Warmer Months with Cosma: Summer Fish


Our feasting menus are designed to share. Eat them individually or pair them with other feasting menus. They are lush and are the best way to celebrate any occasion.

Feeds 8 - 10, additional person is $90 each.

  • 2kg Crispy Blue eye with a lime, turmeric and coconut sauce (requires reheating separately + served together)
  • Lemon Raita (small serve)
  • Roast Salmon with hibiscus salt, with a tomato + pomegranate salsa
  • Iraqi rice with vermicelli noodles, with toasted almonds + herbs
  • Roquette, crushed edamame, peas and lemon ricotta with a champagne dressing
  • Broccolini with peanut gochujang dressing
  • Roasted butternut pumpkin with harissa chickpeas, hazelnut dukkah and lemon tehini.
