If you have more than 8 attendees we recommend to do a mix of the different menus.
- Kohlrabi, apple, herb + black sesame salad
- Shaved zucchini salad with zucchini flowers, parmesan, seeds with a mint-lemon dressing
- Grilled green cabbage with tehini + an orange + hazelnut salsa
- Chunky pumpkin wedges loaded with picked herbs + sumac tehini
- Wild tomato salad with burrata
- Snapper with wild tomatoes, artichoke + fennel
- Trout with cucumber, almond + preserved lemon salsa
