  • Shaved zucchini salad with zucchini flowers, parmesan, seeds with a mint-lemon dressing
  • Grilled green cabbage with tehini + an orange + hazelnut salsa
  • Chunky pumpkin wedges loaded with picked herbs + sumac tehini
  • Wild tomato salad with burrata
  • Snapper with wild tomatoes, artichoke + fennel
  • Trout with cucumber, almond + preserved lemon salsa
