  • Grilled Eggplant with Yoghurt – Tehini sauce + a fresh tomato + herb salsa
  • Grilled Corn with smoked paprika, parmesan + parsley
  • Chopped tomato, herb + pomegranate salad
  • Crispy green salad with cucumber, seeds, avocado + buttermilk dressing
  • Fresh heirloom salad (Carrots, Beetroot + Radish) with cider vinaigrette
  • Butterflied Chicken in shawarma spice with gremolata
  • Roasted scotch fillet (roughly 2kg)
