  • Arti-chips with our Cosma tartare (Artichokes)
  • Sweet potato hasselbacks with thyme, pecans + feta
  • Raw beetroot, orange, quinoa, cashew, hazelnut + dill salad
  • Grilled eggplant salad with lentils, pomegranate + sesame yoghurt
  • Lettuce, beans, peas, cucumber + avocado salad with a feta dressing
  • Roasted pumpkin wedges with zhoug
  • Shaved zucchini salad with zucchini flowers, parmesan, seeds with a mint-lemon dressing
