These meal options are only supportive and intended for providing you a well thought about and highly nutritious food combination that also allows you to save time and freeze meals in advance as we understand that the months during pregnancy can be energy taxing and often cooking nutritious healthy meals can be difficult. We can assure you that your meals do NOT CONTAIN: Raw animal or seafood products Raw eggs Unpasteurized milk, cheese or any dairy No soft cheeses Deli salads – NOTE: Cosma salads are not considered deli salads. We CAN ASSURE YOU All animal products and vegetables have been prepared with separate chopping boards and utensils. All ingredients have been prepared to the utmost integrity for your safety. Cosma catering uses the highest quality and sustainable ingredients where possible. All meat or fish will be provided to you separately and sealed to avoid contamination All fruit & vegetables have been washed thoroughly All produced sourced sustainably and locally where possible.

Heating Instructions *

BY ORDERING THESE MEALS YOU AGREE TO Re-heat all cooked animal products to a minimum temperature of 80degrees. Cook any meat or fish that is sealed to be cooked thoroughly. You will not eat any animal protein raw. All food may be heated once and then discarded. Cosma provides you with fresh food, same day delivery. Once you have reheated the meal if you have any left overs, this is considered left overs. If you are unfreezing meals, once heated, do not re-heat, but discard any left overs. You cannot reheat the food again or eat the remaining left overs. The food you are receiving from Cosma is NOT considered leftover’s until heated.
