A Feast For Many

Feeds 7-9 Humans.

This menu can be made dairy free + GF upon request.

**Please note: ALL Christmas orders will be delivered 24/12. Any seafood will be fine for consumption 25/12.**

  • Whisky + honey glazed leg of ham (roughly 4kg).
  • Turmeric rubbed trout with a walnut, pistachio, orange, barberry and herb salsa (approx. 1.2 kg).
  • Buttermilk brined lamb shoulder with charmoula (2kg).
  • Hasselback potatoes dusted with lemon zest, herbs and chilli.
  • Freekah salad with zucchini ribbons, hazelnuts and pomegranate.
  • Raw shaved heirloom carrot, radish, beetroot salad with mixed herbs and cider vinaigrette.
  • Wild tomato, sumac onions, picked herbs and burrata.
